A Collaborative Program of Become BEST
Phoenix Academy is a School-Focused Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program and Day Treatment Center within Become BEST, LLC. We provide individualized educational services in-center, integrated with clinical ABA supports, for students who require enhanced behavioral, emotional, and academic intervention to successfully access their education.
Enrollment occurs when a student’s IEP team determines that a more structured and specialized environment is needed to meet their unique needs. Our program supports students who may struggle to thrive in a traditional classroom due to challenges with behavior regulation, communication, learning, or social interaction.
Through collaboration between Licensed Educators, Special Educators, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Behavior Technicians, we deliver data-driven academic instruction and positive behavior supports tailored to each student. We focus on building communication, emotional regulation, academic skills, independence, and self-advocacy within a safe, structured environment.
Phoenix Academy is a place where students develop confidence, strengthen relationships, and gain the skills needed to transition successfully to less restrictive settings and live their BEST life.

Referral Authorization
& Agreement
Referrals to Phoenix Academy, a program of Become BEST, may be initiated by a school district, IEP team, or educational agency when a student’s needs indicate benefit from a clinic-based educational setting.
All referrals must be made in collaboration and alignment with the student’s parent(s)/guardian(s) and require written parent/guardian consent prior to submission. This ensures mutual understanding, agreement, and shared support between the school district, family, and Phoenix Academy regarding the referral and review process.
